Chorizo & Egg Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. eggs (3 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 3 oz. taco sauce
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar & mozarella cheese
  • 1 oz. diced green and red bell peppers
  • 1 oz. diced red onion
  • 1 oz. diced tomato
  • 3 oz. Farmland® Chorizo Sausage crumbles

Preparation

  1. Heat impinger oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Top pizza crust with taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange bell peppers, red onion, tomato and chorizo crumbles over sauce. Top with egg mixture.
  4. Place in impinger oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
