Cincinatti Chili with Ground Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Farmland® Ground Pork
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 (10.5-oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 (1-oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

Preparation

  1. Cook pork and onion in large skillet over medium-heat until well browned; drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste; remove bay leaves.
  3. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
