Cincinatti Chili with Ground Pork

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Farmland® Ground Pork
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 (10.5-oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 (1-oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
Preparation
- Cook pork and onion in large skillet over medium-heat until well browned; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste; remove bay leaves.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
