Mexican Sausage Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
• 3 oz. taco sauce
• 6 oz. shredded Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
• 1 oz. diced green and red bell peppers
• 1 oz. diced red onion
• 1 oz. diced tomato
• 3 oz. Farmland® Chorizo Sausage crumbles

Preparation

1. Heat impinger oven to 450°F.
2. Top pizza crust with taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange bell peppers, red onion, tomato and chorizo crumbles over sauce.
3. Place in impinger oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
