Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 9½ oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 7 oz. prosciutto, chopped
- 5 oz. diced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 12 (8-oz.) Farmland GM Center Cut Pork Chops**
- Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add spinach, prosciutto, onion and garlic; mix well.
- Cut 2½-inch-deep pocket in side of each pork chop.
- Stuff with prosciutto mixture. Season outside of chops as desired with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Brown chops in olive oil, approximately 2 minutes per side.
- Place on lined sheet pan and bake in convection oven, covered, at 350°F. for 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove cover during last 5 minutes of baking.

- Cranberry Apple Stuffing: Stuffing mix with chopped apple, dried cranberries, celery and toasted walnut pieces added. Use apple cider to moisten mixture.
- Sweet Potato Stuffing: Combine diced cooked sweet potatoes, Farmland Apple Cider Bacon (cooked and crumbled), toasted pecan pieces and cinnamon-raisin–bread cubes.

- Italian Stuffing: Stuffing mix with Farmland Pepperoni, marinated artichoke hearts, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and asiago cheese added.
