Warm Sausage Breakfast Bagel Spread

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Farmland® Dixie Skillet Whole Hog Sausage Patties, chopped
- 12 oz. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Italian cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream with chives
- 3 oz. chopped roasted red pepper
- .75 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and blotted dry
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
- Heat convection oven to 350oF. In large skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain. In large bowl, mix sausage, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Italian cheese, sour cream, red peppers, spinach, garlic, and white pepper.
- Spread sausage mixture into greased 12 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350oF. for 20 minutes or until evenly browned.
- Serve warm with toasted bagels as a spread. Makes 24 (2.5-oz.) servings
